It is our recommendation that the following terms and conditions are understood and observed before making a booking.

Booking   
   
Full day - 8 working hours
Half day - 4 working hours
Minimum booking - 2 hours for stills, 4 hours for television .
15 minutes charged as half hour, 30 minutes charges as one hour.
Past 12 midnight to 6AM charged as double.
Meal break -30 minutes minimum (client is responsible for the model's meal on full day bookings and outside the city).
  
Rates
all model rates are published separately, and apply to shooting time only.
All other usage is to be negotiated before-hand with the agency, re-use for a period exceeding one year without authorization shall be billed automatically.

   
Lingerie/Underwear
Client must be specifying the type of lingerie at time of booking and these sessions must be done on a closed set.
Night gowns, full slips will be charged at time and a half.
Bras, panties, body stocking and sheer lingerie will be charged at double.

  
Make-Up and Hair Dressing
Considered as part of shooting time.

  
Travel Time
Travel time to be charged at half the model's hourly rate, for overseas shooting. Whenever models are required to be at locations not easily accessible by public transport the client is responsible for traveling expenses incurred beyond public transport point.
When traveling overseas, client is responsible for all unavoidable expenses; visa charge government tax, airport tax, return airfare, accommodation, local transport, meals, insurance, etc

  
Fittings And Wardrobe Check
First Hour - free of charge on full day booking
Second Hour onwards - hourly fitting rate
Shopping time - maximum 3 hours HK$500.00 per hour
A rental Fee is required on specific wardrobe from the model.

  
Interview Fittings
if a model try on more than one set of garment, it will be considered a "fitting job" and will be charged at hourly rate.
First Casting  free of charge 
Second Casting  HK$300 (if not confirmed) 
Third Casting  HK$500 
Areas outside the city centre HK$500 will be charged for each model.   
 
Option on Bookings
If the client does not release or confirm bookings 24 hours in advance, the agency reserve the right to cancel.

Weather Permit Bookings/Postponement
the "Weather permit" option must be started at time of booking. Postponement requires more than 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% charge will be made.
First Postponement - no fee if job is rescheduled within 7 days
Second Postponement - half fee
Third postponement - full fee
All postponement will be charged at full fee if the same model is not RE-BOOKED.

Cancellation
Confirmed bookings cancelled upon signing of agreement - full fee
the period of cancellation to correspond to the length of the booking for overseas trips and long bookings.

Restrictions on a Model
a special fee will apply when the work is in connection with a product which precludes work for competing products. It is the client's responsibility to check product bookings with us for conflicts.

Vouchers
Job vouchers must be accurately completed and signed by the model and the client, any discrepancies should be settled before a voucher is signed.

Insurance
Clients are advised to provide insurance cover for models working on location both local and overseas.

Payment Terms
strictly 30 days, no claim will be recognized after 7 days from the date of issue of invoice.

Indemnity
the agency acts for and on behalf of the models and whilst making every endeavor to provide a satisfactory and efficient service we cannot be held ultimately responsible for a model's conduct on an assignment.
